答：在摊铺机的使用中，做好液压系统的保养工作，就可大大地减少故障。一般应注意以下几点：
（1）液压油在加入液压油箱前，应采用清洁的容器装油，液压油须经滤油器过滤后再加入液压油箱；液压油的更换周期视所用油液质量而定（一般1000h更换一次）；更换液压油应在工作温度下进行；为了保证液压系统的散热良好，还应定期清洗液压油散热器。
（2）由于沥青摊铺机的施工环境一般比较恶劣，液压油滤芯的更换周期也应缩短（一般以750h为宜），更换新滤芯时应做检查，严禁使用已变形、污染或生锈的滤芯。
（3）在每日启动发动机工作时，应先怠速运转一段时间后，再操纵各执行元件工作，这样有利于液压泵的使用。
（4）摊铺机由于长期使用，其液压系统参数有时会发生变化，因此，应定期检查液压系统的参数设置，及时加以调整。

2、摊铺机如何做好日常技术保养？
答：（1）清洁摊铺机：清除摊铺机表面堆积的泥块、粘沙和沥青等；清除发动机、液压元件和其他部件表面上的尘土、油垢。注意，切勿将污物弄进各加油口和空气滤清器内。
（2）检查加热系统的喷头、连接管、气罐和各开关。
（3）检查摊铺机各零部件的连接和紧固情况，特别是左右履带梁和机架、熨平板、分料装置和刮板输送装置的连接螺栓是否松动或断裂，必要时予以紧固或更换。
（4）检查并排除各部位的渗漏。
（5）检查发动机的机油、燃油、冷却液以及液压油的数量，并按规定加入新油至油标指示刻度。
（6）检查集中润滑装置中润滑脂是否适量。
（7）检查螺旋分料装置的叶片是否有裂纹，如有应更换。
（8）检查各电气插头是否有松脱现象。
