问：支重轮轮体是由什么材料铸造？

答：支重轮轮体材料一般50Mn、40Mn2、等材料，主要工艺铸造或锻造，机械加工，然后进行热处理，轮子表面淬火后的硬度要达到HRC45~52，以增加轮子表面的耐磨性。支重轮轴的加工精度要求比较高，一般是需要数控机床进行加工才能达到要求。材料以40Mn2较多，加工后也要进行淬火热处理，硬度达到HRC42左右。
