Importance of radiator of engine water tank of paver

If the water temperature of the engine is too high during the work, the water temperature gauge indicates that the water temperature is high. Check the water tank by touching the mold with your hand, and feel that the upper water chamber is hot and the lower water chamber is cool. Troubleshooting parts of this fault:

1. Check whether the cooling water is sufficient. The cooling liquid level should be 1 / 2-2 / 3 of the expansion water tank.

2. Check whether the water pump belt is too loose. The belt of the water pump is too loose, which will lead to low rotation speed of the water pump, poor water turnover of the water pump and poor water circulation, resulting in high water temperature.

3. Thermostat fault. The thermostat fails. After the engine water temperature reaches the opening temperature of the thermostat, the valve with large circulation of the thermostat cannot be opened, and the cooling water cannot be circulated, resulting in high water temperature.

4. Water pump failure. The water pump shaft is broken, the water pump blade is damaged, and the blade is separated from the water pump shaft, causing the water pump to not work, and the cooling water is not circulating, resulting in high water temperature.

5. The water inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump are too small and too soft. The water is sucked flat during the water circulation, and the inner wall of the water pipe is delaminated, resulting in poor water inlet and outlet and high water temperature.

6. After the thermostat is removed, the small circulation pipe is not blocked, resulting in high water temperature due to water diversion during large circulation.

7. Water tank fault. The water pipe of the water tank is blocked by debris or residual molding sand in the water channel of the cylinder block, and the cooling water cannot circulate between the water tank and the lower chamber, resulting in high water temperature.
